Q: How does the Collect 'N Win promotion work?
A. Create an account if you do not already have a NYL account. If you already have an account for Collect ‘N Win, use those login credentials. Enter eligible New York Lottery tickets from your smartphone, tablet, or computer. The app allows you to scan or manually enter tickets. The website allows you to manually enter tickets only. Symbols are awarded for every ticket entered. Collect six symbols on any one of the four available game cards to earn one entry into the next eligible drawing. Non-winning entries do not carry over from drawing to drawing.
Q: How do I select from the different open promotions?
A. Before you enter your eligible New York Lottery ticket, make sure you select the correct promotion for your specific ticket game. There could be multiple active Collect 'N Win promotions running, so you need to select the one you wish to enter. A. No. You can only have one account for all New York Lottery programs. Those found with multiple accounts will be removed from the program and will be disqualified from winning a prize.

- Select "Add to Cart".
- If you have remaining balance and would like to choose another option, repeat Steps 2-4.
- Once you have selected all the e-gift cards you want, click "Checkout".
- Enter your name and your email address and check the box acknowledging the terms.
- Click "Complete My Order".

Q: When Will My Tango Reward Link Prize Arrive?
