STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Didn’t win in one of New York Lottery’s Win 4 and NUMBERS draw games? Don’t give up so fast. Players have a second chance to win prizes through March.
In addition to the daily drawing prizes, the Daily Double Chance promotion offers instant win prizes, awarded at random from each eligible ticket entered on the New York Lottery website during the drawing period.
On the website, players can enter their ticket details. If a ticket is randomly selected to win, they will see a bonus animation, revealing the outcome.
Each month will feature a special theme and special grand prizes.
During February, players enter eligible NUMBERS and Win4 tickets for a chance to be randomly selected to play the Hang 10 Double Chance Surfing Reveal. If randomly selected, they will be assigned four YOUR NUMBERS between 0 and 9. Then they’ll play the online Royal Caribbean Cruise Ship surf simulator game for a chance to win prizes they can claim on their My Prizes page.
Daily instant wins include $250, $100, $50 and $25 Tango Reward Link e-Gift Cards.
Also, during the month of February, players can participate in the Daily Double Chance February game, which awards six prizes in a single March 5 drawing. Verified winners will receive a Royal Caribbean Crown Package Cruise Certificate that can be applied toward a six- to eight-night cruise for two to a choice of incredible ports of call.
The certificate covers the double occupancy Ocean View Stateroom, meals at multiple dining areas on the ship, award-winning musical and theatrical performances, select onboard activities and prepaid gratuities for the generous waitstaff and cabin attendants.
Plus, a ship credit that can be used toward specialty dining ship restaurants, beverage packages, port excursions or other items for incremental purchase on the ship is also included.
Also, for travel expenses to and from the destination port location and other incidental expenses, the prize will include $6,000 in prepaid Visa gift cards.
Players must be 18 years old to play any New York Lottery game or promotion.
Lottery players must create an account on the New York Lottery “Register/Login” page to be eligible for a second round of winnings. If an account has been created within the last three years, there’s no need to create another account.
The next Win 4 and NUMBERS drawings are Friday, Feb. 16, at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.

WINNING BIG IN NEW YORK
Recently, New Yorkers have won big.
A New York City lottery player recently claimed a $1 million prize for matching the first five numbers in a Powerball drawing.
Manuel Gomez Torres, of Manhattan, matched the numbers for the game on Dec. 9, 2023. The winning numbers for that drawing were 5, 25, 26, 40, 60 and Powerball 1. He purchased the ticket in Brooklyn.
And, a jackpot-winning TAKE 5 ticket valued at more than $29,000 was recently sold in Westchester, New York. The ticket was purchased at the Sunoco gas station at 931 McLean Ave., in Yonkers.
Also, earlier this month, a New York man claimed a $1 million prize for matching the first five numbers in a Mega Millions drawing. James Holloman, of Syracuse, matched the numbers on Nov. 17, 2023, according to New York Lottery officials.
