Where to Find the Unmaking Arrow. The easiest way to obtain one, by far, is to visit the Dragonforged in Battahl. He's located just north of Bakbattahl, next to a Riftstone of Remembrance. You'll likely run into him naturally during the Flickering Shadows main quest.

The forgery version of the Unmaking Arrow is the Unmasking Arrow.
