Twentieth Century Home Entertainment and Disney have revealed details regarding the release date and special features for the 4K Blu-ray, 3D Blu-ray, and Blu-ray releases of James Cameron'sAvatar: The Way of Water(2022). Despite Cameron's assessment that Avatar 2 was "the worst business case in movie history," the film made a tidy profit and currently stands as the third-highest-grossing film of all time. The revenue will keep rolling in thanks to the Blu-ray releases, which are slated to arrive on June 20th.

Pre-orders for Avatar: The Way of Water on 4K Blu-ray, 3D Blu-ray, Blu-ray, DVD and limited edition 4K Blu-ray with exclusive lenticular packaging are available here at Walmart now. Best Buy is offering an exclusive 4K Blu-ray SteelBook edition that you can reserve right here. Target's exclusive 4K edition includes a limited edition decal. At the time of writing, Amazon hasn't put their offerings up for pre-order, but when they do you will be able to find them right here. Note that Amazon does have a 3-disc 4K Collector's Edition of the original Avatar film up for pre-order here with a release date that is also set for June 20th.
